  Terminix is terrific. They did not try to get money for an estimate unlike some other. Robert Martinez is very professional. Took time to explain the procedure, organized meeting with tenants. Guided my through all the experience. Even rushed with the job so it can be done before my long business trip. Price was fair and job well done. Hopefully I will not have termites in the future, but If I do, I will call Terminix again. They are big and respectable, but they treat you like they were small and really wanted you business. Cudos for Robert Martinez.

  John Hamrick of Terminix has been extremely attentive, calling us to confirm each service, explaining what he is doing and what to expect. We also love the ease with which we can schedule and be informed of servicing through your online system. We had a persistent problem with wasps, carpenter bees, mice and flies and these problems are now under control to our satisfaction. We had previously consulted another service who had no solution. We own another home that is serviced by another vendor who provides a different technician each time, they fail to communicate with each other to provide a coordinated solution leaving it to us to do so, and scheduling is at their convenience. I expect I will be using Terminix for both homes as a result of the service we are getting.
